This tells me that the majority of

people answering this survey are

aged between 15-17 and shows that

this will be the target audience of

my magazine.

This shows me that 71.43% of the

people that answered my survey were female. Even though my

magazine will be able to be read by both sexes, it will

be mainly targeted at

female.

This tells me that everyone that

answered it live in the similar area

which is the north and east or

Yorkshire. This will affect my

magazine as it will appeal to this

region of teens.

By this question it tells me what music

everyone is into and what they

would like to see. Therefore pop

music is the highest and so I will try incorporate this

into my magazine or at least one of the other popular

music genres.

This shows me what magazines I need to look at and incorporate the features as

they are the most common so I know I need to look at Kerrang and Q

and the style of their magazines.

Watching movies and socialising were the most

common answers that people did so I know what I

need to advertise and

put in my magazine to appeal to my

audience.

By ranking what feature of a magazine is most

important I can tell what I need put in my magazine

and what isn’t so important to the reader. These results show that

the type of music the magazine is, is the most

important thing and that I shouldn’t worry that

much about putting in competitions.

Here I know a bit more about my

audience as I know that 78.95% of them have attended a

gig, so therefore will

have pragmatic knowledge

about them.

By doing this question I can

gage how much my magazine

should be priced at which

is between £1.50 and

£2.50.

This was an important question to involve as I know what stories and content I need and the main one is interviews

with celebrities. Therefore I know that my magazine needs to

contain these and that I shouldn’t focus on any informative articles.
