1. Getting Started

• Go to Survey123.arcgis.com

• Sign in with ArcGIS online /Portal for ArcGIS account

2. Downloading Survey123 Connect

• Clicking Create new survey using Survey 123 connect starts to download the

Survey123 connect desktop application.

3. Converting XLS

• Click new Survey

• Choose blank

• Prompts Survey123 connect to launch the XLS form that will be edited
