Oak framing has a long history and tradition. Just walking through some of England’s historic towns and villages can

reveal a wealth of timber-framed buildings often 500 years old or more. The materials and techniques have clearly stood the test of time. Modern timber framing doesn’t reinvent the

wheel; these were highly sophisticated structures, utilising the natural strength and durability of oak.

We employ a workshop of highly skilled carpenters who hand cut intricate joints that machinery cannot. As a sign each timber has been double checked, each one is given a chiselled carpenter’s mark. This is our mark of trust and

assured quality.

Front Elevation - Plot 4 - The Chanstone

THE LARGEST HOUSE OF THE TWO FEATURES AN ENTRANCE/DINING HALL,

STUDY/HOME OFFICE, CLOAKROOM, LIVING ROOM, DINING AREA, KITCHEN/BREAKFAST SPACE, FAMILY ROOM/SNUG

AND UTILITY ROOM.

As you enter through the front door, the hall is vaulted up to the roof above, showing off the full oak frame. Moving

through the hall you enter the dining area with glazed doors that look out onto the rear garden. Off to the right is the main living room and to the left is the family room/snug that links

with the breakfast area and kitchen.

Rising up to the upper floor is a spacious landing leading to the master bedroom with en-suite. The master bedroom’s

covered balcony takes advantage of the views over the rear garden. The second and third bedrooms also have en-suite

facilities as well as access to a family sized bathroom.
