INTRODUCTIONIndia, being a developing country, important objective of all planning should ensure balanced regional development. The ultimate aim of planning village development process is to raise the living standards of poor as well as to provide healthy environment to the local people in which they can live peacefully, comfortably and work efficiently with minimum friction. An art of shaping and guiding the physical growth of the Village creating buildings and environments to meet the various needs such as social, cultural, economic and recreational and to provide healthy conditions for both rich and poor to live, to work, and to play or relax, thus bringing about the social and economic well-being for the majority of mankind.
