This paper contains a code of business ethics if you own

a small business or company. My small business would be a

pastry shop. A pastry shop have different employees; baker,

manager, cashier, janitor, and security guard.

I. I NTRODUCTION

  Ethics concern an individual’s moral judgments about

what is right and what is wrong. Decisions taen within an

organi!ation ma" be made b" individuals or grou#s$ but

whoever maes them will be in%luenced b" the culture o% thecom#an". The decision to behave ethicall" is a moral one&

em#lo"ees must decide what the" thin is the right course o% 

action. This ma" involve rejecting the route that would lead to

the biggest short'term #ro%it.Unethical behavior or a lac o% cor#orate social

res#onsibilit"$ b" com#arison. (a" damage a %irm’s re#utation

and mae it less a##ealing to the customers. )ro%its could %all

as a result.
