Step #1

Position swaddle as shown

White square of velcro fabric in center of Arm Wrap goes down

Swaddle Wrap portion is folded down as shown

Step #2

Lay baby on Arm Wrap portion of swaddle

Baby’s armpits should be even with the top edge as shown

Step #3

Raise baby’s right arm

Bring up end of Arm Wrap towards baby’s torso

Lower baby’s arm

Bring end of Arm Wrap back down over top of baby’s arm

Step #4

Finish wrapping end of Arm Wrap around outside of baby’s arm keeping it snug around top

of arm

Roll baby a bit to the right

Attach end of Arm Wrap to the velcro fabric on the back side

Step #5

Repeat Step #3 with baby’s left arm

The Arm Wrap should come between baby’s arm & torso and

over the top of the arm

Step #6

Repeat Step #4 to finish wrapping baby’s left arm

At this point the Arm Wrap should be in baby’s armpits and wrapped snugly around the top

of the arm

Both hands should be covered and not showing

Step #7

Baby’s legs are inside leg pouch

Bring Swaddle Wrap portion up across baby’s chest

Position top edge slightly lower than even with baby’s shoulders

Step #8

Roll baby to the right and wrap around one side of Swaddle

Wrap portion

Roll baby to the left, wrap around other side of Swaddle Wrap portion and attach to

velcro fabric

Adjust to fit by folding down top edge if needed
