Task: To overhaul a disused building, to bring up to spec ready for Mountain Warehouse occupation.

As main contractor. Strip out, Asbestos removal (using registered contracts), building works, roofing repairs, new flat roofing, new windows, plastering, rendering, new ceilings, toilet refurbishment, wall and ceiling finishes, plumbing, electrics, carpentry & joinery, kitchen, decorating, site and project management.

• No issues working at height

• Overcame unforseen works, including structural task

• Employed several local trades to reduce carbon footprint and keep clients cost down

• Completed additional client required task, within the orginal agreed timescales.

• Being a very difficult void, on 4 floors, the project and site management was first class and another project to be proud off.
