1997Swanstaff was founded by Steve in his living room whilst he still worked as a
Fire Fighter
HISTORY
2000Swanley branch opened as our first high street location
2003Swanstaff Chelmsford was born in the heart of the town taking the company
over the river
2006Location number 3
launched in Colchester
2008Waltham Cross and High Wycombe open! Steve gives up the fire service to commit to the progression of Swanstaff full time.
2010Milton Keynes branch opens
2012Lambeth Swan Family Centre opens.
Swanley HQ opens with support staff is established. Steve wins entrepreneur of
the year with Action Coach.
2013Swanstaff expand to Ipswich,
Maidstone, Peterborough and Dartford
2014Basingstoke and King's Lynn offices open. Parkside and Bedford Swan
Family Centres launch. Swanstaff win the Great Place to Work award.
2015Lakeview West new HQ opens in
Dartford. Swanstaff expand in Nottingham, Cambridge, Bristol,
Birmingham and Norwich. Swanstaff win 3 Kieba awards and placed in the
Sunday Times 100 Best Companies List.
2016Swanstaff are awarded 3 new Swan Family
contracts: Coventry, Greenwich, Cardiff. Placed 6th in the Recruiter Fast 50, listed in the 1000
Companies to Inspire Britain and were awarded to ISO 9001.
2017Steve was awarded the IOD Highly Commended Director of
the year award. We placed again in the Recruiter Fast 50 in 9th position, in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies List for the
2nd time, in the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain and launched our Bedford Borough Swan Family Centre.
2018Swanstaff launched our National Temps team based in Dartford HQ and placed
in the KM Mega Growth 50 for the second time.

So we provide excellent commission and bonus schemes, but then again so do most other agencies...so what else do we have?
*20 days holiday when you commence employment, after the successful completion of your probation you will be given an extra 5 days holiday. After 2 years' service holiday increases to 28 days plus bank holidays. **Only when role requires.
