McLendon, right, presented his company’s contribution to the Texas Airand Water Resources Foundation’s representative General Robert Ives, left.The Foundation was organized in the Houston Region in 1966, at the re-quest of Governor John Connally to encourage and assist state and localagencies with the accumulation and dissemination of technical informationon pollution control.
