This course provides you with theinformation that will allow you to audityour SWIFT system in complete confidence.

Duration: two days

– Get an understanding of different areaswhere potential risks exist and learnhow these risks can be avoided. Theserisk areas include the access to theSWIFT interface and to the SWIFTnetwork, segregation of duties,accountability for the messages,integrity and confidentiality of themessages and resilience of the SWIFTinterface

– Get a list of documents, data and toolsthat can be useful to perform an auditof a SWIFT system

– Perform exercises to practise someconcepts and tools learned during thecourse, using printouts of data relatingto situations that can occur in financialinstitutions

a SWIFT system used by a financialinstitution

— Security officers and anybody else whowants to be aware of the potential risksin different areas regarding the use of aSWIFT system
