To start the soundtrack for my swifcover soundtrack redo, I started off by thinking about the dialogue I would use, so I used a zoom to record all the dialogue. I used a previously constructed script that up uploaded onto my blog.

I then uploaded the video onto Cubase, this made it a lot easier to synchronise the music and the dialogue in time with the actual advert.

I then tried to upload my audio files (swifcover dialogue recordings) onto Cubase, but that did not work, so I had to use media encoder to try and convert them from Mpeg files to MP£ files.

After converting the files I then started editing them and syncing the dialogue along with the advert.

By cutting up the dialogue and moving it directly in time with the lip movements of Iggy and the puppet, I was able to complete the soundtrack dialogue well in with the original video.

Using pitch shift, I was able to make the puppets voice very deep. My original plan was to make the pitch of the puppets voicer higher, but due to the fact that majority of people used that idea, I decided to change it and make it unique, this ended up sounding a lot better and more original.

I then thought about the background music and drums, I recorded a drum kit and synchronised it into the advert
