PERSONAL CONFERENCING

Personal Conferencing will allow you to conduct a meeting using phone connections. If you are in a situation where you cannot use or don’t need to use the video components of a WebEx meeting you can still use the features of WebEx to schedule a meeting and send emails to the attendees. For example you could be in a situation where you need to meet with colleagues to discuss a current research project and one of your colleagues is in an environment where they don’t have Internet access or the ability to use their smartphone. No worries with Personal Conferencing they can still call in using a landline. Begin by scheduling a meeting as previously shown Click Audio Connection

Switch to Personal Conferencing

Click the Add Account link

Enter a PIN Number

  Click Save PIN and Generate Account Your Access codes will be generated

Set any other settings needed and scroll down and click Update

Now that you have set up your Account you can schedule the meeting
