EN Warranty conditions

Warranty card is not a part of the device packaging.

Thisproductiswarrantedfortheperiodof24monthsfromthedateofpurchasetotheend-user.Warrantyislimitedtothefollowingconditions.Warrantyisreferredonlytothecustomergoodsusingforcommondomesticuse.Theclaimforservicecanbeappliedeitheratdealer’sshopwheretheproductwasbought,oratbelowmentionedauthorizedserviceshops.Theend-userisobligatedtosetupaclaimimmediatelywhenthedefectsappearedbutonlytilltheendofwarrantyperiod.Theenduserisobligatedtocooperatetocertifytheclaimingdefects.Onlycompletedandclean(accordingtohygienicstandards)productwillbeaccepted.Incaseofeligiblewarrantyclaimthewarrantyperiodwillbeprolongedbytheperiodfromthedateofclaimapplicationtillthedateoftakingovertheproductbyend-user,orthedatetheend-userisobligatedtotakeitover.Toobtaintheserviceunderthiswarranty,end-userisobligatedtocertifyhisclaimwithdulycompletedfollowingdocuments:receipt,certificateofwarranty,certificateofinstallation.

This warranty is void especially if apply as follows: Defectswhichwereputonsale. Wear-outordamagecausedbycommonuse. Theproductwasdamagedbyunprofessionalorwronginstallation,usedincontrarytotheapplicable

instructionmanual,usedincontrarytolegalenactmentandcommonprocessofuseorusedforanotherpurposewhichhasbeendesignedfor.

Theproductwasdamagedbyuncared-fororinsufficientmaintenance. Theproductwasdamagedbydirt,accidentofforcemajeure(naturaldisaster,fire,andflood). Defectsonfunctionalitycausedbylowdualityofsignal,electromagneticfieldinterferenceetc. Theproductwasmechanicallydamaged(e.g.brokenbutton,fall). Damagecausedbyuseofunsuitablemedia,fillings,expendablesupplies(batteries)orbyunsuitable

workingconditions(e.g.hightemperatures,highhumidity,quakes). Repair,modificationorotherfailureactiontotheproductbyunauthorizedperson. End-userdidnotproveenoughhisrighttoclaim(timeandplaceofpurchase). Data on presented documents differs from data on products. Caseswhentheclaimingproductcannotbeindentifiedaccordingtothepresenteddocuments

(e.g.theserialnumberorthewarrantysealhasbeendamaged).
