S.W.OT AnalysisBy Haseeb Patel
StrengthStrength • We now know who are target audience is which therefore shows us what we need to
include in our short film. Whether if it age rated suitable for young adult to watch.• We know the charity that we are using which show what specific thing we will need to
include in our short campaign film. • We now know the different types of ways for people to get bullied. These type of ways
will be in our short film to demonstrate what to do if someone was in a tough situation.
• We now know the majority of audience. This helps us as we know how many people have attempted our survey as well as the amount of people we are viewing it against.
• We now know the age group as all of them were 16-19. This mean we are able to use strong languange as well as certain violence scenes as it is the appropriate age group.
WeaknessWeakness• We do not know what gender most of our audience are because of
our late question. This means that our survey may have false accusation and should be corrected before hand.• We did not know how to use surveymonkey.com. This was our first
time using the website which therefore means we are inexperienced in creating surveys and questions.• We did not ask the right question to get the right answer. There were
some questions we had asked which we had then realised wasn’t really worth asking as we did not need it.
OpportunitiesOpportunities• We gave them confidence and a chance to talk to us. This makes them feel much better and
make them feel like they have someone to talk to.• We gave them the survey. This means that they were able to get question from how they felt in
that situation.• We gave then the options to list what’s happening to them. This made the survey much ore
easier for the viewers to answer and less time consuming.• We can also do interviews to gather information to the audience. We will do this during our
short film while we are editing.• We listen to them. This allows us to be more careful and to allow them to not make the same
mistake again by advising them.• We are helping them which means that we are doing a good thing and to try and stop bullying.
Threats• Threat• Most of the audience are shy. This may not give us a clear message of
how they are really feeling because the situation may be personal to them. • They do not want to state personal information. This would not allow
us to brainstorm idea of how we can stop bullying if we do not know their emotions.
