Contract Terms

Your Organization agrees to:

Set up the exhibit between 9:00 -10:00 am on Thursday, April 30, 2020.

Supply any audio-visual equipment, extension cords, etc. Electrical outlets may be available for a fee upon request.

Be solely responsible for transporting, setting up, and dismantling the display.

Staff the exhibit from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Thursday and 8:00 am - 3:45 pm on Friday (no early breakdowns).

Meals available for purchase in hotel area restaurants (not provided).

Pay Hotel directly for any electrical or internet connections.

Use only display materials that are flame-proof, fire-proof, and conform to state and city fire protection codes.

Hold harmless NASW-MA for any loss, theft, or damage to property or injury to persons during the term of this agreement from any cause whatsoever by reason of the use or occupancy of the exhibit space by the exhibits and their assign, and the exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless NASW-MA for all liability which might ensue from any cause.

Assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims.

Will not hold the hotel responsible or liable for any loss, damage, nor claims arising out of the exhibitor’s activities on hotel’s premises except for any claims, loss, or damages arising directly from the Hotel’s own negligence. NASW-MA will be responsible to negotiate the contract with its exhibitors.

NASW-MA reserves the right to use its discretion in the selection of exhibitors, exhibit locations, advertisers, and sponsors for this event.
