CEO MessageDear Associates,

I am a month removed from my recent trip to Asia and the Middle East, where Morgan and I were busy working with our various Emergenetics Asia oces to conduct seminars and certify 37 new Associates, but the experience is still very fresh in my mind. This is the rst time Emergenetics International has worked in the Middle East, and we are excited to have our newly certied Associates in the United Arab Emirates using Emergenetics in their work. If you have the opportunity to visit Abu Dhabi or Dubai we highly encourage you to do so, as I’m sure you will nd it as special as we did.

This trip also reminded me of the importance of teamwork and collaboration. By working with our Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok oces, we have developed a streamlined and eective company that is able to respond with creative solutions that match your business needs. We have, in eect, created a global WEteam that encapsulates not only diverse ways of thinking but also a broad cultural framework—all of which translates into a more complete organization.

Our management teams provide the foundation for success, but it is you, our Associates, that drive the work that we do. That’s why this trip was especially exciting for me, because it showed clearly the great strides that Emergenetics International has made in a short amount of time and the signicant potential for even more growth in the near future. Of course, for me the highlight was simply meeting and talking to the new Associates that are joining our Emergenetics community.

One clear way that you are helping to drive our business is your tremendous creativity. I am consistently amazed at your ideas, and your brilliance was on full display during our Newsletter naming contest. We received over 50 dazzling name suggestions, which made picking one all the more dicult. As you can see, our oce decided on Synapses, which was submitted by both Kurt Beerline and David Goldberg. Congratulations to Kurt and David, and we will prole them in upcoming newsletters.

I just want to highlight one more thing—this year’s Brain Summit. As the date gets closer, I am becoming more excited about the insights we will gain and the connections you will make. Getting a chance to see the island and the Hilton Sanya on our recent trip was exhilarating. Sanya is a gorgeous place, as you can tell from the photos I sent you recently, although pictures and descriptions cannot do it justice. You will have to see it for yourself! The Brain Summit will truly be a can’t-miss experience that will provide you with so many new experiences and opportunities, and I hope each of you will join us. Here’s to Emergenetics throughout the world.

Love,

Geil

Science in the News: 10 Spousal Similarities

CEO MessageDear Associates,

The summer is drawing to a close but we’ve got new possibilities opening up every day, along with an exciting slate of events scheduled to happen in the next few months. From our third annual

Emergenetics Advanced class in a few weeks to an additional seven Certications around the world, including our rst ever in both Romania and India, there is a true sense of Moving Thinking Forward throughout our worldwide community.

Looking ahead is imperative—it’s how we grow, evolve and nd new ways to serve our customers—but reection is a practice that cannot be overlooked. Reection is crucial to our workshops and sessions as well as a vital element organizationally for Emergenetics International. My overall reections thus far over 2010 can be summed up in a few words and a few images…Go. Forward. Arrows pointing ahead. These ideas conjure a mindset for our business and a true reection of the new Emergenetics International brand—We are looking to the future. We are driving new ideas. We are doing business that is innovative, client-focused and geared for results. And it’s showing.

Our website and new branding have been launched and it was incredibly successful—we had a wonderful event with many in the Emergenetics family supporting us. I can’t tell you how powerful it was to be able to see and talk to our oces in Singapore and Japan. I truly felt the connection of a global family and I know that this is a prevailing mindset moving forward. I would like to thank our global team, particularly our marketing directors, Mark Miller and Rosalind Hong.

In this newsletter you will see evidence of the growth and development of our company and the conuence of people and ideas that have come together to bring us to a new level. Our CORE Model is in place and already working in organizations (see page 6); we’ve got new applications that apply Emergenetics to your day-to-day business (page 9); and we have new real-world examples of the power that Emergenetics brings to organizations (nd links to our newest case studies on page 8 and our Associate Proles on page 4 and 5).

It is an exciting time for Emergenetics International and I know that together we will all be Moving Thinking Forward.

Warmly and with success for all of you in 2010,

Business UpdateDear Associates,

Happy Holidays and I trust that you are well. As we draw 2013 to a close, we are happy to report that Emergenetics is experiencing another strong year of growth and progress. Our market penetration continues to rise, and the Emergenetics brand continues to be strengthened.

During the course of 2013, the home oce has nearly doubled its sta, while our international sites have increased their numbers as well. This increase in employees has allowed us to produce high quality products while increasing our overall customer service levels as well. Our global team is performing at a high level, and we are focused on the idea of Emergenetics in Every Mind.

As announced at the Brain Summit, 2014 will start o with a bang as we introduce our new mobile app to the market place. This app will allow anyone with a Prole to experience Emergenetics in a revolutionary way and increase the Prole’s use to specically reach a user’s family, friends, and colleagues. It will be available for both Apple and Android devices and will provide real-time, specic, and signicant application to your personal and professional lives. You will hear more about the app in the next several months and please feel free to inquire with any of our oces to hear more details.

In the meantime, I want to wish you a Happy New Year, and I look forward to working with you in 2014. If there is any way that we can make your Emergenetics experience better, please let us know.

Best,

Morgan@motownbrowning

News From Emergenetics International - EuropeDear Emergenetics friends,

Over 2013, Emergenetics Europe completed 5 Certication workshops and we have grown our business partners network into the Benelux, Italy and Germany.

We have added Italian, Swedish and Danish to our portfolio of Emergenetics Proles and 40 new Emergenetics Associates joined the Emergenetics Associate family.

It is clear that the Emergenetics Europe small team has been very busy and will continue to be so for the foreseeable future.

Our success to date has been greatly supported by our colleagues in the US and in Asia and our network of country representatives who provided their time and energy in bringing Emergenetics products and services to our clients across Europe.

I would like to pay a special tribute to Joshua Teo, Colin Yeow, and Terrence Quek (Master Associates) for their invaluable eorts, and a genuine desire to deliver the highest quality Certication workshops.

We are pleased with the progress we have made and are looking forward to exciting 2014.

May I wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a healthy and Happy New Year.

Best personal regards.

News From Emergenetics International - AsiaDear friends,

2013 has own by so quickly, and I hope that it has been as fullling a year for you as it has been for all of us at Emergenetics International – Asia!

The highlight of the last quarter of 2013 must surely be the bi-annual Brain Summit held in New York. We’re all excited that Asia was well represented at the event, especially through our Country Representatives. Personally, this Brain Summit will remain unique and special to me because Colin and myself crossed our nal challenge to be ocially acknowledged as Master Associates. If you missed the ‘LIVE’ streaming, or would like to get more insights into the event, don’t forget to check out pages 5-7. We can’t wait to see more of you at the 2015 Brain Summit in Assisi, Italy!

We held an oce warming party on 15 November to coincide with an Emergenetics Sales Training session and Associate Update. A special thanks to the Associates who joined us for the half-day aair, and especially to those who brought gifts for our team!

Associate engagement activities continued amidst all this with another SCOOP session on 4 October, led by Sanjay Mehta. It was a SCOOP session with the highest attendance to date, and we want to applaud and thank all Associates for supporting this initiative – for you, by you.We also welcome seven new Associates from our October batch – it’s always heart-warming to see more additions to our Asia family.

If you’ve been following the Global Best Practice Awards over the years, you would know that our Singapore-based Associate Anne Yeo, has won 4 out of 5 possible Best Practice Awards since 2009, including the one this year. EMERGENETICS BEST PRACTICE

2013 Award WinnersThe Emergenetics Best Practices Award is a prestigious honor bestowed upon the Emergenetics Associate community. The Best Practices Award indicates the highest level of skill and prociency in using Emergenetics for real-world, applicable and results-oriented programming for employees, managers, teams and leaders.

Congratulations to the 2013 Best Practices Award winners! This year’s Best Practices webinar delivered in-depth information on each submission. If you missed the webinar, use this link to view and listen to the recording:

We continue to be impressed with the creativity and level of work being performed by our associates and are appreciative of your willingness to share experiences and skill with others through this annual webinar. Here’s a brief overview of each of the winning entries by category.

INTERNAL CORPORATE WINNER: Linda Foley, Director of Organizational Capability & EectivenessWyndham Exchange and Rentals

Unleashing the Power of Virtual WEteams to Accelerate Knowledge Transfer

Overview: This program was developed to leverage the thinking and behavioral strengths of an existing to team in order to provide meaningful support to newly-hired team members in a virtual setting. This three-part program ensures that job role competencies take center stage and that existing team members have opportunity to use their strengths by oering knowledge and skill acquisition support to new team members. All team members are given opportunities to share individual learning experiences through an Emergenetics lens and to identify potential challenges and solutions for the new hire to consider. Finally, team members make specic commitments to support the ongoing skill and knowledge acquisition by identifying areas of expertise and how they can use their Emergenetics prole understanding to accelerate knowledge transfer for virtual teams.

Summary: Newly-hired team members who completed the program reported that their knowledge of core work processes and exception-process handling improved greatly. They appreciated the opportunity to learn from their new peers and reported nding it valuable to understand the challenges previously encountered and how to use their thinking and behavioral preferences to overcome them.

New hires reported that after this session they were signicantly more comfortable to reach out to their peers for support and guidance and rated the team culture as collaborative. Legacy team members who took the course reported that they received greater understanding in how to use their thinking and behavioral preferences to support other team members and that they felt more empowered to assist newly-hired team members. For more information, contact Linda at [email protected].

NONPROFIT WINNER: Brien Hodges, Director of Elementary Education Douglas County School District

STEP (Student/Teacher Emergenetics Prole) at the Heart of Student Advocacy

Objectives: Building on initiatives that were rst introduced in 2007 through two Douglas County elementary schools, STEP (Student Teacher Emergenetics Prole) is now included as a component of one of Douglas County School District’s (DCSD) strategic initiatives, that of delivering world-class education so as to achieve sustainable learning for 21st century students. STEP is the key element in DCSD’s student advocacy pilot that states that one caring adult who truly understands and is an advocate for a child increases the success and graduation rates for that child. Through this program, students learn about themselves through a STEP Prole. Teachers learn about the composition of the class, which allows them to personalize instruction in order to become that student advocate.

EMERGENETICS BEST PRACTICES

2013 Award WinnersDouglas County School District (DCSD) is the rst public school to make such a far-reaching commitment to the use of the STEP and Emergenetics Proles as a way to personalize learning. Since 2012, more than 4,000 sta members have participated in a Meeting of the Minds seminar. Currently, DCSD has 57 Emergenetics Associates, 95 teachers trained as STEP Facilitators, more than 1,800 STEP Proles administered, and 14 schools have conducted Student Meeting of the Minds. DCSD employs a Super User to support the Emergenetics Associates in the district.

While much of the benets of using STEP in DCSD to date have been perceptual through numerous shared success stories, this school year a formalized process was implemented to track and to measure benets of using STEP at both the student and teacher perspectives. Drs. Wendell Williams and Geil Browning assisted in developing pre and post survey tools to measure outcomes of using STEP and Emergenetics proles to support students in their learning and teachers in developing personalized instruction.

Included in this initiative is a focus on parent communication and their understanding about the benets of using STEP as it is in DCSD. For more information, contact Brien at [email protected].

INDEPENDENT ASSOCIATE WINNER: Anne Yeo, MAD Learning Brain Chats and Flip Flop Debates

Brain Chats Objectives: During the Brain Chats activity, participants gain a greater awareness of their personal prole, learn how to better communicate with varying proles, and gain a deeper understanding of how proles prefer to think and behave as they work through a variety of scenarios.

Summary: Brain Chats is targeted for an intact team of up to 30 individuals and is designed for groups following a Meeting of the Minds seminar. The team is divided into small groups and the facilitator presents a scenario for each group to consider. During this timed experience, participants have one-minute each to provide a high-level overview of their proles and to respond to the scenario posed.

Participants continue to regroup and to respond to varying scenarios until every participant has been in a group with every other team member. At the close, one person from each of the last grouping shares observations and insights gain through this activity with the overall team.

Flip Flob Objectives:Through Flip Flop Debates, participants are given the opportunity to think dierently and to demonstrate various Emergenetics preferences in a safe and fun manner. Participants use their preferences to take a stand for or against a cause.

Summary:For Flip Flop Debates, teams are divided into four MPA groups with attention to a balance of Behaviors, plus one WEteam. It’s best to have the same number of participants in the MPA groupings.

The facilitator poses a question, i.e. do values really matter and can we do without them? One member from each MPA group draws one of four cards, two of the cards say FOR the question and the other two say AGAINST. Groups have ve minutes to develop their case. They may use technology to do research; however, they may not leave the room. The WEteam acts as judge and uses the ve minutes to determine the criteria for judging each MPA group as they present their case. WEteam members take turns being timekeepers for the process.

The debate begins with the WEteam judges presenting the rules. Each MPA team oers their rst speaker who has 30-seconds to present the case. The largest group determines the number of speakers. Smaller groups present in round-robin manner to match the participants in a larger group.

The FLIP occurs at the half-way point determined by the largest group. The facilitator calls for a pause and informs the groups that everyone is now ipping position. Those who were FOR the question are now AGAINST it and vice versa. Groups are given an additional ve minutes to discuss and plan. The activity concludes when every individual has had an opportunity to present.

Debrief questions probe for insights gained from the perspective of the Thinking and Behavioral preferences as well as to recognize how easy it is for the brain to let go of a position if it chooses to do so. For more information, contact Anne at [email protected].

The Brain Summit is the biggest event for our

global associate community.

Just take a look at the NUMBERS

200+ Watched the LIVE STREAM!

100+ Attendees....a new RECORD!

12 Countries Represented

So…Why New York City? Because nothing beats the Big Apple. Whether it’s a hot dog from a street vendor or a Michelin-starred restaurant…a subway singer or a world renowned opera star…a concrete basketball court or the world’s most famous park…New York City is a place where individuality and distinctiveness truly epitomize its beauty. Sound familiar? That’s exactly why Emergenetics, the Brain Summit and New York go perfectly together…it’s the power of uniqueness.

This was all the result of nearly two years of planning…we began work immediately after the 2011 Brain Summit in Singapore and just after opening our oce in New York City.

Our International oces were in full eect. Each brought nearly its entire sta, which allowed so many Associates to meet our brilliant global team.

ACT I…The lights draw in on the Hudson River at sunset.

Dapper partygoers come aboard our Emergenetics

ACT II… The music starts and the

entertainment and food take their place.

ACT III…The closing curtain on

Our Brain Summit theme was Power UP and it represented a new way to think about our work and ourselves. Power comes from within and it is manifested in distinctive and creative ways—The Brain Summit was a forum to help dene power and to draw upon each person’s personal power to make work, life and our community better and stronger.

Our Founder and CEO Dr. Geil Browning set the stage for the most memorable Brain Summit yet, by showing the history of 20 years of Emergenetics Brain Summits. As always, it is the people in our lives who make the dierence and this presentation set the stage for how a small idea can become something bigger, more powerful and more meaningful than would ever be thought possible. Geil also set the stage for a packed 2-days worth of incredible speakers.

Dr. Mary Case gave a fascinating neuroscience presentation on the power of our brain in using all parts to access dierent information, generate new ideas and make new social connections. Emergenetics is built on a scientic framework and Dr. Case solidied how amazing this basis is and how our work is cutting edge.

The audience was able to not only takeaway new slides and information but also a brand new perspective on the intersection of Emergenetics and research-based neuroscience.

Leveraging the Power of WE was next, led by the dynamic Chris Cox, VP of Training and Development. She fully put into action one of our newest products, the Power of WE Training Modules. The Power of WE takes Emergenetics to new levels and Chris took this training to a higher power. She provided in-depth and interactive ideas on how to best train the course while highlighting benets and showing the impact via exercises and application. For more information on the Power of WE, click here or email us!

Emergenetics is used in so many settings and has impact beyond the traditional ways we think. Our breakout sessions highlighted this incredible diversity, covering topics ranging from corporate learning and development to educational tools to understanding neuroscience.

Every once in a while, there is something so beautiful and surprising about the way people relate to one another and go about their life. It is rare, but always meaningful to see this. Emergenetics International – Malaysia Country Representative Sangeeta Kaur took us on this journey, highlighting her work with the deaf community. One highlight was a video showing deaf children using Emergenetics to understand each other. The video was completely silent but the eect was evident and powerful.

2013 Brain Summit: Rechargea

The second day in New York City was like no other in the history of the Emergenetics Brain Summit…and it started right from the beginning. For the rst time ever, we had an industry expert from outside the Emergenetics Associate family speak. This event sparked incredible dialogue that propelled the rest of the day in an innovative way.

Allison Fass, Deputy Editor at Inc. Magazine became our rst outside expert to speak at the Brain Summit. Her talk highlighted business trends that everyone should be paying attention to and was a great way to think about Emergenetics in a bigger way. The Q&A went overtime…but nobody seemed to mind, as the level of insight was high all around.

Emergenetics International Business Updates came next and it was clear that Powering UP was not limited to the Brain Summit. Emergenetics International President Morgan Browning, Emergenetics-Asia CEO Terence Quek and Emergenetics-Europe CEO Ron Byron all showed why Emergenetics is thriving around the world—strong partners, innovative products, new marketing angles, ever growing Associates communities and more. And…Morgan showed that we still have a few tricks up our sleeve with new products that will change the game…stay tuned.

David Sales, the Emergenetics Country Representative for the UK gave a funny, warm and insightful talk on the perspective of his home country and how Emergenetics can move forward and do big things in that market place. And…who knew the Queen, James Bond and other British luminaries would love Emergenetics so much?

We had the pleasure of hearing from Martin Lowery, CLO of Sony Pictures. Martin closed out the Brain Summit with an eye-opening look at how the brain works and what that means for the way we connect as human beings and do business. He elegantly and brilliantly wove ancient scientic ndings in with modern day science and an expert-level viewpoint on Emergenetics to paint a picture of how we can better understand one another, work together more eectively and be more successful.

It’s tough to see the Brain Summit come to an end, but if it has to, the spectacular views from the Inc. Magazine HQ were a tting way to do it. But they paled in comparison the unbelievable creativity and hilarity of the Brain Summit tradition of Singing for Your Supper.

Colin Yeow and Terence Queks’s Emergenetics on Broadway number brought the house down and will take us through to the 2015 Brain Summit and the next gathering of our worldwide associates!

Seven years ago, Sharon Sperry was rst exposed to Emergenetics and found it to be illuminating around her own thinking preferences. It was the rst time she felt understood and realized how important it was to bring all opinions to the table.

Her facilitation career had an unusual start. Early in her professional career as the assistant to a police chief, one of her duties included taking minutes at the sta meeting. She observed half of the group expressing their opinions while the other half sat back and didn’t participate. After the meeting, she also observed the group who didn’t participate expressing their dissatisfaction in the results of the meeting. Sharon suggested to break the participants into smaller teams and discuss the issues at hand and then report back in the larger group. This method was extremely eective and Sharon’s career as a facilitator was o and running!

Sharon possesses extensive experience in corporate Human Resources with companies such as Microsoft, PeopleSoft and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. After touching almost every aspect of talent management in her fteen year corporate career, Sharon took the leap and started her own business two years ago. Alpenglow HR Consulting, based in Incline Village, NV, focuses on 3 key drivers; Attract, Develop & Deploy, and Motivate & Retain.

Recently, Sharon used Emergenetics with an Education Consulting rm, leading them through their rst strategic planning meeting as a group. She led the consultants through a Meeting of the Minds workshop on day one and then got into strategic planning on day two. The Meeting of the Minds workshop provided the group with a language in which to interact and helped to remove any barriers surrounding team dynamics during the strategic planning session.

Sharon structured the strategic planning day based on thinking attributes and made sure to include activities that honored the behaviors (collaboration, silent brainstorming, etc.).

• The day kicked o on a Conceptual note asking about their vision for the future. Sharon had the group draw actual pictures of what the future of the organization looked like.

• They then applied an Analytical lens to their vision. The group completed a matrix based on the cost and eort needed to complete their vision to determine key focus areas.

• From there, they looked at their plan from a Structural point of view. They developed a concrete action plan on how to move their ideas forward.

• And nally they reviewed their plan from a Social perspective. Sharon facilitated a “Compelling Why” exercise where the group was asked what motivated them to do the work they do.

The strategic planning session was not only eective in coming up with a vision and plan for moving forward but also resulted in a powerful bonding experience and brought a whole new appreciation to the group.

One of Sharon’s current clients is the local university, and she hopes her work with Emergenetics will provide the foundation and language for students to describe their strengths to future employers, “You will get much more energy and brilliance out of me around ‘the what’ if I can have a little more control around ‘the how’”.

Sharon is actively working on applying a social media approach to her work with Emergenetics by creating custom hashtags for each workshop, planting questions ahead of time and keeping the interaction going post-workshop. She strives to create a conversation and movement to support business development. Sharon would love to connect with you on social media and is active on LinkedIn and Facebook. Thinking of Learning a New Language? Here’s How the Brain Does It.By Mary Case, M.D.Neuropathologist, Scientic Advisor, Emergenetics International

If you have ever tried to learn a new language as an adult you will immediately relate to the graph on the right. (Neuron. 2010 September 9; 67(5): 713–727.doi: 10.1016/j.neuron.2010.08.0)

The best window of opportunity to learn multiple languages comes and goes before we are 8 years old! Why is this? We used to think it was related to the structural formation of the corpus callosum early in life. Now thanks in large part to the worldwide research centers of the Institute for Learning and Brain Science directed by Pat Kuhl PhD, we know that getting the right auditory input at the right time from adults is how infant brains learn language. Electroencephalography (EEG) and Magnetoencepholography (MEG) show that the window of opportunity for babies to hear and master the phonetics and the vocabulary of language auditorily long before they speak words.

Each language has a unique set of dominant sounds (formants) and our brain’s ability to distinguish these sound bytes peaks around 8-10 months of age. Infant brains master the sounds of a language by literally conducting distributional frequency on the vocabulary they hear from adults.

Here are some other facts:

• If an infant is exposed to more than one language, the brain learns each ones’ diering formants with ease.

• Mastery is heightened when infants hear sounds and words from adults using the auditory stretching “motherese and fatherese” i.e., baby talk.

• During this 2-month period, infants can pick up a brand new language from one on-one play sessions with adults. (12 twenty-ve minute sessions)

• This auditory knowledge has been measured and formulated into a “biomarker” – and the number of auditory formants mastered at 7 ½ months is statistically predictable for the number of vocabulary words mastered at 2 years.

• Replacing one-on-one adult interaction at 8-10 months with both auditory and visual digital presentations, demonstrated unequivocally that although every infant was engaged by video and tapes, no formant mastery (learning) takes place.

Research at the Institute for Learning and Brain Science has provided the basis for a new permutation of Educational Theory – that social learning from adults is not just one of many learning modalities, it is the critical gateway to all learning modalities. And for the developing brain, the multilingual window is open the widest during infancy.

As a professional facilitator, coach mentor and career consultant, Takako Kageyama has had 12 years of experience in training in the public sector, developing programmes at schools and colleges, and assisting in HRD for various private companies.

Takako rst came to experience Emergenetics when she was in search for a way to better human relationships in her personal life. Ever since she’s used Emergenetics, she hasn’t been disappointed.

“Emergenetics helped me to observe and understand people in an objective way. I realized thereafter that I became less disappointed with others.”

Having seen the success of the use of Emergenetics in her personal life, Takako decided to apply the tool in her career development work. Certied in May 2012, Takako now uses Emergenetics in her training.

One of the projects worth highlighting was the one she managed for the Shizuoka Prefecture local government. Takako incorporated Emergenetics into an Employment Support Programme, which was attended by 210 participants from six dierent locations in the prefecture. The participants were graduates but were unemployed.

“I was very happy to be able to integrate Emergenetics into the project,” said Takako proudly. “Emergenetics helped the participants to understand their communication styles, and how to better approach others whom they deem hard to communicate with.”

The aim of the programme was to ensure that the participants became hired at the end of the day. Besides Emergenetics, the programme also included components to strengthen relational skills, enhance general and business knowledge and sharpen job skills.

Based on their Emergenetics Proles, Takako consulted each participant and gave them advice on career planning and how to perform better at job interviews.

“The greatest satisfaction I got from doing this project was receiving the favourable comments from the local government and participants,” said Takako. “Some even shared that they would love to use Emergenetics in their own companies. That to me is proof of success.”

Not resting on her laurels, Takako is already thinking of developing more programmes based on Emergenetics while taking in the sights of Mount Fuji from her balcony window.

Emergenetics Gives Back‘Tis the season for giving and that’s exactly what the Emergenetics Denver Oce did this November. On Friday, November 15th and 22nd the team visited the Ronald McDonald House of Aurora where they prepared and served meals to the families staying there. Beginning in 1979, the Denver Ronald McDonald House has served as temporary accommodations for families with children being treated at the nearby Children’s Hospital of Colorado. The second House, located in Aurora, CO, opened in 2006.

Volunteering and charitable work is central to the Emergenetics culture. Every year the oce volunteers their time to support local charities. In addition to this years’ support of the Ronald McDonald House, past service days have included Metro CareRing and the Florence Crittenton Services of Colorado, among others.

"Volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House was pretty incredible. What seems like such a simple activity- serving someone lunch- is really so much more. When everything else in their life is chaos, we are providing one less thing for them to worry about."- Erin PeereboomDirector of Business Development
