Ltd. This flagship project of Synefra sets a benchmark in energy efficient

and sustainable building solutions in all aspects of design, engineering,

construction and project management. One Earth was built on principles of

sustainability and creating an inspiring place to work.

Spread across approx.10 acres with a built-up of approx.

820,000 sq. ft., this corporate campus is heralded as a world acclaimed

green building in complete alignment with the client's mission of

'Powering a Greener Tomorrow.' Synefra has demonstrated an integrated

project management approach working with designers, architects,

engineers and subject matter experts; wherein the project today is regarded

as a case study for corporate India and infrastructure sector; powered by

100% renewable energy, 100% water recycling,

100% waste-management on site.

The project has been awarded 14 awards till date including global

accolades like International Property Asia Pacific 2011 winner for “Best

Office Development” and MIPIM Asia Gold Award for “Best Green

Buildings” category. Suzlon One Earth is the only building in India with

both LEED Platinum India and GRIHA 5 star rating.
