Synthesis

The research is administered in order to inform the readers as well as

future researchers with new ideas, knowledge and discoveries. All conceptual

and related literature gathered will form part as the basis of evaluation and

interpretation of the results that has been collected in analyzing research

problem for it cleared and thoroughly discussed the knowledge obtained in

the study needed to analyze the employment profile of the Non-CPA

graduates of the University of Luzon of the College of Accountancy.

In related literature those researchers along with this research aimed

to identify the commonly faced problems and to reduce the difficulties that

the Non-CPA graduates encountered in seeking employment. Employment

has been increasingly seeking evidence of how levels of educational

attainment characterize individual’s performances in the labor market.

Reported by the Philippine Statistics Authority, the employment rate in the

Philippines for the year 2012 to 2014 was estimated with an average of 93%

and an average of 7% of the 2012 to 2014 unemployment rate. From this

estimates, 19.6% to 22.4% of the unemployed were college graduates.

With all the aforementioned gathered information by the researchers

the problems encountered by the Non- CPA graduates in seeking

employment should be eliminated in order to improve the employment rate

of the Non- CPA’s. By then, they can adopt the recommendations to be sited

in the last chapter of this Research Study.
