Service descriptions

Standard RepairWhere the issue cannot be resolved with technical assistance, We will arrange to repair the unit. This may include a repair on site or a return to one of our repair centres. The whole chain is covered including master setup unit, remote control panel, viewfinder, control unit, processor unit, converter unit, network and extension adaptor and expansion unit.

Logistics CoveredUnits can be collected from and returned to any address within mainland areas of EU countries, Norway and Switzerland. For all other areas, please contact the helpdesk for further assistance. Regardless of repair route chosen by the helpdesk, all parts and labour costs will be covered subject to the standard terms and conditions.

Advanced Technical Helpdesk Standard HoursDedicated contract support helpline (Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 (CET), excludes local holidays), offers a single point of contact for all issues with the camera chain. Calls are logged and managed through to resolution using our call management system. Call back within 60 minutes from a specialist engineer, who will work with the customer by phone to find a solution or workaround.

Software & Preventative Maintenance1 day annual site visit by specialist engineer (Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 (CET), excludes local holidays), check Your software and install latest updates or upgrades. We will also perform any required preventative maintenance tasks during this visit. Logistics, travel costs, fans & filters are included.

Advanced Technical Helpdesk Extended HoursExtended Advanced Technical Support for a complete peace of mind (Monday-Sunday: 09:00 - 21:00 (CET), 365 days a year).

How can I purchase a support package?

What is an extension package?

With a PrimeSupport extension, you have the opportunity to extend your cover beyond your initial duration, up to 5 years total - perfect for ensuring true peace-of-mind in the long-term.

I have owned my product for several years. Am I still eligible for a support package?

Depending on how long you have owned your product for, you can purchase cover for your product for up to a maximum of 5 years. Contact your dealer for more information.

My free trial period for PrimeSupport has expired but I now have a fault with my product. If I purchase a PrimeSupport extension now will my repair be covered?

We reserve the right to decline extension of a cover that is already expired. If the unit has suffered damage during the non-covered period, a chargeable repair will be suggested. Depending on the case, we may still be willing to give you a cover extension after the chargeable repair has taken place; please contact your Dealer or get in touch with us and we will advise accordingly.
