This document will only cover changes that are visible to the customer, or outline a process change in the way the portal is used.

Release Update – April 01, 2019

1. Support status for software products has been enhanced to reflect Current, Supported, or Phased-Out.

2. (Non-Customer facing change) Added ability to edit/add/delete ` renewal line items. This change is not something customers would see in the portal; however, it was a change that was needed on Honeywell’s end to improve customer support. When CR Line items are not included in the Contract Renewal Header, the Honeywell Asset Support Team needed the ability to add CR line items that are associated to a particular CR header.

They also needed the ability to add the MSID, SESP Model Number, Current Qty, and Renewal Qty value. When the SESP Model number was selected, it is now populated in the Item Description Field.

The ability for the Asset Support Team to manually enter CRLI and have the ability to remove these CR line items when they are no longer needed was added.

3. (Non-Customer facing change) While in the CR Header view, it is now easy to identify MSIDs that are not to be included in a contract renewal. When the Submit button is selected, the CRLI below in the CR Header view will reflect the MSIDs that are going to be included in the renewal. The cloning process will now pull in all the associated MSIDs even if the MSID was excluded the previous year.

1. Two new fields MODN and FILEN were added to EHPM in the Portal. Honeywell’s Enhanced High Performance

Process Manager (EHPM) is a process-connected device on the Enhanced Universal Control Network (EUCN) that provides regulatory control and sequence operations. It enables unification of control functions and data

exchange between devices on the Fault Tolerant Ethernet (FTE)-based EUCN to help users improve operations and control performance.

This will allow a user to match up the ESVT or EST or ACET or EAPP with the corresponding device found in the LCN node section. Displaying the LCNP address in either Hardware or Software will help tie the two items together being that often the computer name

will not refer to the LCN address.
