• Internet Explorer Version must be 6.0 or higher
• Cipher strength must be 128 bit or higher
• Winzip has to be installed
• All active X settings have to be enabled

Double click on Internet Explorer icon to know Internet Explore version
To check Internet Explorer version and Cipher Strength , Click ‘Help’ on Menu Bar

How to check whether “Active X” controls has been enabled or not
To Check whether all ‘Active X’ settings has been installed or not, double click on the Internet Explorer
Now click on the Internet Options in the Tools
Click on ‘Security’
Click on the “Custom Level”
Check whether all the “Active X” controls is enable or not
If not, enable all the ‘Active X’ controls by clicking ‘Enable’ buttons
To Enable all “Active X” controls scroll the mouse down and click the ‘Enable’ buttons
After enabling all “Active X” controls, click ‘OK’After enabling all “Active X” controls, click ‘OK’
