Note: You're not expected to learn everything 100% the first time. Anythingnew that we set out to learn takes time.
So no beating yourself up if at first, it seems overwhelming.
Also, use Revision Station 4: The K.I.N.G.S. Formula to help tackle and unpicksome of the cheat sheet questions.
The multiple-choice answers are upside down on each cheat sheet page tocheck your knowledge.

Why Are Planes & Axis Important?
The body is 3-dimensional... and this is depicted by the 3 planes and 3 axis of movement.
Every joint in the body has the capacity to move in 2 or more planes and axis... allowing for multiple joint actions to take place.
Every FITPRO must be aware of how each joint moves and how this affects the joints above and below it.
When we plan a session or period of training a FITPRO mustconsider the bias planes, axis, and joint actions to a specific outcome.
Therefore, on a session, a FITPRO can observe all 3 planes and axisand correct specific movements in detail.
