System XXI Stack & Tilepanels give complex functionality a weightless design.A sleek profile, aluminum trim, and perforated paneloption create a modern interpretation of the classicSystem XXI design. The hallmark adaptability ofSystem XXI is conserved by the variety of sizes,finishes, and compositions of the panels. Also, likeheritage System XXI panels, Stack & Tile panels canconceal cabling run within channels of their steelframes, but only Stack & Tile panels bring that powerand data to worksurface height.

COLLABORATION REQUIRES ACCESS

The tempered glass panels and transaction counters in the System XXIline facilitate communicationeven as fabric panelsgive a measure ofprivacy.

Round grommets are factoryinstalled to give cables accessthrough T-edged style worksurfaces.

Slimline grommets are factoryinstalled at the back edge of theworksurface to provide an unob-trusive location for power cordsto run from equipment to recep-tacles in the bottom raceway.

Acoustical control can be just as importantas privacy in a group space. That is whySystem XXI fabric acoustical panels contain an aluminum foil septum and fourlayers of fiberglass insulation. This givesthem 0.80 NRC and 23 STC ratings-numbers that mean the only person whowill hear your fingers tapping is you.

Keep storage solutions out of the way.Series XXI pedestals and 2-drawer lateral files are designed to fit beneathworksurfaces. While worksurface-supporting pedestals do double duty

without any larger footprint than theirfreestanding or mobile counterparts. Any combination of files and storage canalso be specified “keyed alike”, allowingshared utilization of secured materials.

Personal space can also be at a premium,but System XXI offers a range of panelhung accessories that maintain an openplan layout.

This optional coat hook/picturehanger coordinates with thetrim color of the workstationand attaches discreetly underthe top cap of the panel.

PANEL SYSTEMSYSTEM XXI™

Coat hooks, tackboards, markerboards,and name plate holders can all be mountedto panels or panel trim.

Even unsightly power cables have theirplace with System XXI. When poweredpanels and slimline or round worksurfacegrommets are used together, cables canbe run from equipment, through a centrallocation in the surface and down to thereceptacle discreetly. An additional cord

manager accessory snaps into the sidetrim rail of a panel to corral cords at theend of a run.

Make more space wherever you need it with mobile worksurfaces. These surfaces can be moved to provide additional space for oversized projects,act as traditional workspace for guests orshort-term employees, and serve as aconference table for a team meeting at amoment's notice.

When you couple mobile worksurfaceswith a cushioned pedestal files you haveemergency seating and desking whenevercircumstances dictate them.

Mobile conference end worksurfaceswith locking casters are stable in a fixedposition, but unlock simply to provideadditional space wherever needed.

A table cut-out provides a channel forthe adjoining panel end cap, giving thearea a finished look even when themobile worksurface is in use elsewhere.

You share your office space, your jobfunctions, and even your guest seating.Isn't it only natural that you wouldshare your power source? Base andtop feed electrical connections linkclusters of workstations to floor, wall,or ceiling power sources within thebuilding. You can control the numberof these connections by choosing froma 422 8-wire, 622 10-wire, or 44210-wire distribution system. With 1, 2,or 3 isolated ground circuits, 4 to 12computers (and computer users) canbe linked to a single external powersource. Isn't that bright?

SYSTEM XXI™

Tubular steel C-legs give the samestability to the worksurface whileallowing improved air circulationthrough the space.

Laminate or fabric covered worksurface support panels provide modesty for the user and additional stability for worksurfaces under heavy loads.

Increase the height of existingpanel runs already in place withstackable panels to yield less disruptive reconfigurations.

A bottom open frame panel in the center of a space increases airflow, while next to a wall, itmakes building-mounted systemsaccessible.

Receptacles for theisolated ground circuit of the 422 8-wire system areorange, but the 3convenience circuitsare available in 5colors to match the rest of the trim.

A cutaway of apanel racewayshows how duplexreceptacles for anisolated ground circuit and a conve-nience circuit canbe located withinthe same panel.

An ERP panel raceway cover istwice the size of a standard one toaccommodate theadditional racewaydedicated to data.

Standard racewayscontain built-inwireways for data.Allowing data faceplates to bemounted in linewith receptacles.

A base feed ties the building powersupply at floor orwall level to thedistribution systemof the panels via72" of flexible conduit.

Top feed conduitstravel verticallywithin panels fromthe ceiling powersupply to the raceway wherethey connect to thepanel distributionsystem.

Aluminum powerpoles enclose topfeed conduits fromthe ceiling to thepanel. They areavailable in lengthsof 7 ' or 10' and 5trim colors.

If your projects tend to blanket every surface, let System XXI storage solutionsmove your supplies out of the way. For atraditional take on small item storage, trythe center drawer. It mounts easily beneathany worksurface and can be locked foradded security.

Flipper Door Overheads are lockable cabinetsthat coordinate in size and composition withthe panels and worksurfaces of the line.Universal Overheads add a receding doorto allow additional storage on top of thecabinet, while ADA-compliant VenusOverheads make sure that lockable storageis within reach of everyone.

Sometimes you need an overhead, a filingcabinet, and a place to hang your coat. Andsometimes you want them all to be in thesame place. Kiosks offer a mixed mediaapproach to storage, incorporating shelfunits, lateral files and a locking closet all in one.

A 16" or 32" high panel-hung markerboard doesn't encroach on limited space.

Channels within the frames ofSystem XXI panels guide wiresinside the furniture, keeping them out of the workstation.
