Hereby, I just talk about the things I have witnessed.!!As we all know AIESEC SYSU iGIP is full of glory, so it may be more difficult for the next generation of iGIP under the pressure. However, I witness the whole iGIP is really bonding and striving for excellence. Their efforts and profession have been recognized by the whole LC. I see the team power from iGIP function, every iGIPer is devoted to this place. Thus, we can see both the member and MMB have grown a lot in iGIP. We can get the proof from the rotation, lots of members want to rotate to iGIP after one term. I think all these things should be mostly conducted by the leader of this function Elizabeth. She shoulders the tremendous pressure to bond the whole function and make more progress.!!As a teammate of Elizabeth, she really plays the role of EB. She is very careful about every EB, and supportive for everyone. She always gives the sincere suggestion during our discussion and remind the us the right thing. I really appreciate Eli, both as EB and VP, and feel honored to be her teammate.!!At last, I want to thank for Eli, thanks for bringing the energetic iGIP function towards the whole LC. We know it’s more difficult for AIESEC SYSU iGIP in the next years, and it’s not easy to create more legend. But this term iGIP 2014 did.!!Best regards,!Susan

Endorsement Letter❖ To Whom It May Concern!❖ I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation to support Eli Xia's application of iGIP star leader of the year 2014!❖ Eli and I have been teammate since January, 2013.  The first impression that she left for me is a capable and experienced ICXer. Si

nce I didn't have any sales experience before, at the very beginning of my ICX life , Eli really helped me a lot. One year later, both of us were successfully elected to be the VP of AIESEC SYSU.!

❖ Responsible, professional, insistent and courageous, there are a few words that I can apply to describe my cognition of Eli's performance during this half year. We all know being a VP ICX is not an easy thing, but when this organization needed her to stand out and protect its glory and dream, Eli always chose to stand beside us without any hesitation.!

❖ In this half year, Our ICX MMB-landlord won the best performance award in National Sales Challenge. Eli also cooperate with me to got the best collaboration award,and we were the only one who had up-sell performance among all the participating teams. Besides that, Eli focus on process optimization and member development, and both of those two strategies got the decent results.!

GCP Sharing — Networking Sales❖ Why we do it: After last term’s networking training, we started to explore

the new sales channel — networking. We hope to enhance AIESEC iGIP’s branding among the companies and build up network for better B2B sales.!

❖ How we do it: During this term, averagely every sales mbr has participated in a networking event. We’ve visited Canton Fair, Chine’s lightening product exhibition, Chinese tea’s exporting exhibition and so on.!

❖ What’s the outcome: !

• One company and two forms raised(Titan)!• Precious exporting industries and companies’ materials!• Several following-up companies!• Mbrs’ development in business sense and market insight!• Latest business trend from Haier and other companies’ staff

GCP Sharing — Networking Sales❖ For LCs who wants to try

networking sales:!❖ Well prepared (prepare

enough introduction materials and do simulations in advance)!

❖ Pay attention to the localize networking events and utilize it as a prize for star members.!

❖ Build up useful tracker for following up, find responsible for different industries.

GCP Sharing — Endorsement Sales❖ Why we do it: In order to expand our market with little cost, we tried to gain endorsement from

our current customers for more potential benefit.!❖ How we do it: !

• We went for TNV for customer relations management, and asked our TNTs to sign endorsement letters, provide materials for GCPs also recommend their partners to us. !

• We made phone call to all TNTs and asking for recommendation and tried to find target TNT from current TNT’s branch or mother companies.!

• We approached new companies from our BoA’s recommendation.!!❖ What’s the outcome: !

• We gain 4 different endorsement letter in different industries.!

• Over 8 companies approached us on their own initiative, which includes Meten(approached before), TonChon(TNT’s recommendation), UniLightening(Other LC’s recommendation), Gappex(BoA’s recommendation). In total 4 forms raised until now.

❖ For other LCs:!!

❖ First pls build up a database for all accounts.!

❖ Then communicate with all TNTs by phone call to build up good personal relationship.!

❖ The aim of TN visit is to provide better service for TNT rather than gain endorsement letter or referral sales.

Another story Unsuccessful Innovation —Impact Campaign

❖ For enhance matching efficiency and motivate delivery team members. SYSU initiated an Impact Campaign with UNNC, SZU, BFSU, SISU and UIBE.!

❖ This campaign did not carry out a final result at last due to the conflict between it and finals&NSC, low motivation and tracking system.!

❖ We did not make clear plan in advance for us to follow and remind us the goal for this campaign — for better matching efficiency, for mbr’s motivation, for a platform among 6 different LCs even MoC, for a more healthy iGIP develop path.!

❖ As the person who raised this idea at the very beginning, I felt very disappointed and sad about the unsuccessful result. However, I learnt a lot from this experience. About how to hold a campaign among different LCs and how to make the change you want to see happen.

Final Words

❖ It is always hard to keep leading, even harder than trying to chase up with others and be the No.1.!

❖ This half term, when I look back, I can find more failure more than the success. Even we achieved No.1 among MoC, but the dropping rate compared to last year do alarm me that we still have a long way to go.!

❖ “Do it for your people, do it for your pride.” SYSU will carry on to make GIP happen, for our glory and dream.
