Item 15 I wish to report that the School Employees Retirement System has

approved the disability retirement of David R. Quick, Systems Analyst,

Job Code 166, effective May 1, 2018 (APS benefits through April 30, 2018).

Item 16 I wish to recommend that Nathan Ruyan, Systems Analyst, Job Code 166,

be assigned to FY19 College & Career Academies Fund 524-1927 for the

2018-2019 school year, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Item 17 I wish to recommend employment of John Dawson as Administrative

Professional, Job Code 459, Fund 001-0000, at the hourly rate of

$45.68, as and when needed, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

I further recommend that the limited contract be non-renewed for the

2019-2020 school year and that, to comply with Ohio Revised Code, Section

3319.11, the required written notification of the intention to non-renew be

included in the limited contract.

Item 18 I wish to recommend employment of Charles Glasgow as Administrative

Specialist (for the Title 1 Non-Public Program), Job Code 460, Fund 572-

1924, at the daily rate of $345.73, as and when needed, not to exceed 120

days, effective July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

I further recommend that the limited contract be non-renewed for the

2019-2020 school year and that, to comply with the Ohio Revised Code,

Section 3319.11, the required written notification of the intention to non-

renew be included in the limited contact.
