year to cook up some unique and fun heart healthy recipes.

Check out some fun and easy options to incorporate exercise
into your day—be it at home or at the office. With some
reasonably priced (one is free!) exercise equipment, you’ll find

experts on hand to talk with you about the proper way to use
a pedometer, exercise band, exercise ball and free weights.

Co-workers at UW Hospital, these five women spend their days and nights caring for others—
now they’re caring for themselves too (Leigh-Anne Lottridge, Missy Mael, Kaysi McGhie,
Jennifer Stephens and Natasha Younger).

are serious about making a change in their lives (Barb Meister, Rhoda Grosenick and Pat Swartout).
