BY THE END OF THE GLOBAL AGILITY FOUNDATION’ PROGRAM, PARTICIPANTSWILL All our programs seamlessly blend interactive, action-oriented self-directed sessions (using MyQuest our cloud-based learning platform) plus 3-4 highly interactive 90-minute web-workshops. The MyQuest sessions are themselves interactive by giving participants the possibility to complete a task and then share reflections with other learners, and a mentor. This allows them to engage with others without needing to ‘compete for air space’ in a physical training room. The web-workshops then deepen the learning allowing the participants to learn from each other through simulations, role-plays and problem-solving often supported with online visual collaboration tools. Be more aware of how they and others feel and react in the face of disruptive change. Act more accountably towards their own and others’ actions and responses. Have built a broader set of personal strtaegies to find common ground, create clarity and influence with others in the midst of uncertainty. 4 Move from paralysis to innovation in promoting strategic interest, anticipating and adjusting to a rapidlychanging environment. 3 2 1
