GOOD’S AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES

On May 13, 2017, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared

to three young children in Fatima, Portugal. She

encouraged recitation of the Rosary and promised

many blessings to those who recited the Rosary daily.

As we draw near next weekend to celebrating the 100th

anniversary of the appearance of our Lady of Fatima,

I encourage all to come out for our Public Rosary Rally

at 10:30 am at Chocolate Town Square at the center of

Hershey.

Also, after the Vigil Mass on Saturday night (May

13th), we will have a showing of “THE 13TH DAY”,

a film about the events of Fatima. All are welcome.

Finally, and most importantly, pray the Rosary. It is a

beautiful prayer and will bring many graces. God bless

you and may Mary lead you to her Son!

Prayer for VocationsPrayer for VocationsPrayer for VocationsPrayer for Vocations

Heavenly Father, We ask you to bless our diocese with selfless hearts that are willing to serve You, by serving Your Church.

Lord Jesus raise up from our homes those called by the Father: courageous and humble men to the Priesthood, faithful

people to Consecrated Life and holy men and women to the sacrament of Marriage.

Holy Spirit, help us to live our universal vocation to holiness, by listening to the Father’s voice and responding

with a sacrificial love.

Holy Mary, Model of Vocations, teach us to hear and follow your Son. Holy Mary, Queen of Priests, sanctify our priests and obtain for us many more. Holy Mary, Mother of the Church, pray for

our families and intercede for our children.

Amen

S.T.E.M. SUMMER CAMP:

St. Joan of Arc School is offering a 4 week fun-filled and educational S.T.E.M. Summer Camp, taught by SJA teachers! Each week is themed and will incorporate academic domains with exciting activities. Camp is open to the public, located on school grounds and runs from 8am to 4pm each day. You may register for one or more weeks. Cost is $145 /week per child and includes snack. A $25 registration fee is required. The themed weeks are: 7/31-8/4 Animals, 8/7-8/11 Under the Sea, 8/14-8/18 Outta This World, and 8/21-8/25 Nature Adventure. For more information or to register, please see the school’s website or contact Deb Rizzotto at 717-533-2854 or [email protected]. Please help to spread the word!

God’s Way – “The Road to Kindness” Let’s focus on teaching our children to be kind! This week, please take some time to talk with your children on why being kind matters. The ultimate goal is that we raise our children to do good in the world. Your children are always watching what you do as a parent. When you do a kind act for someone, it is more likely that your children will also do a kind act. You can make Kindness contagious when you set the example. In your role as a parent, it is up to you to teach your children to be thoughtful, caring, empathetic and kind!

Over the weekend, my neighbor had a huge pile of mulch delivered. My first thought was, "that's going to take him all week-

end." After watching neighbor after neighbor stop by and say hello to him, I realized this is the same guy who snow plows

everyone's drive and walkway during the winter. My son and I went over and helped the gentlemen with the mulch for the next 3

hours and we were able to finish it all. - Anonymous

I am a part of Life Teen here at St. Joan of Arc and we collected clothes for shelters and ministries in Harrisburg. It was a great

way to give back and we had a lot of fun too. - Hershey Sophomore
