D Series — 4, 10, and 16 L Gear Pump Hot Melt UnitsIn all electric hot melt tanks, the electric-driven gear pump removes the need for a constantly pressurized system. A signal from a PLC engages the gear pump so that it only turns and pressurizes the lines while the parent machine is running, and as a result, reduces the wear on seals and promotes safer operation.

CHOICE™ is available in three different configuration options for increased line flexibility. The full system option includes a melt unit, pattern controller, EcoStitch electric valve and hoses. The OEM configuration utilizes the existing PLC and a valve driver for glue placement control. Alternatively, CHOICE can be easily integrated into an existing line with our industry compatible spare parts, valves, and hoses, so you can retain your current melter.
