INTRODUCTION

The Marks & Spenser brand name evokes a strong,positive public image.Image is a combination of an individual personal experience of a company or product,plus what they have read or head from other sources such as family or friends.Many applications for graduate positions at Marks & Spenser are based upon what they applicants have heard from other people as well as their own experience.

For Ford Motor Company is a US based global automotive manufacturer.The company has manufacturing operations in six continents.In Europe alone there are 35 factories located in nine countries.Ford divided its department based on product produces.

CONCLUSIONFor the conclusion,both company which is Mark and Spenser and Ford Motor Company applied a different cultures and structures.
