This relates to import containers where a change of data took place such as change of beyond transportation modality,

change of container status ( import, export or Transshipment )or any other change which results to an extra yard move.

Extra unloading costs EXCLUDED in price. ( not possible to unload cargo by rollerplate / damaged packages / broken straps / missing dunnage /

etc. ) These extra costs need to be paid by Freightpayer if receiver is not willing to pay.

In deviation from CSL Standard Conditions of Carriage 1.1.2001 and in case local costs that are invoiced to the non-contracted party (shipper or consignee not paying the freight) cannot be collected Containerships will invoice

those costs to the party responsible for the payment of the freight. Additional costs include but are not limited to: demurrage, detention, port dues, container cleaning and truck demurrage.
