Record Engineering Sales, founded in 1973, and a few years later taken over by Trevor Howell, is a market focused and leading supplier of engineering solutions and international mining supplies in South Africa.

Over the years, Record Engineering Sales has not only grown substantially but evolved into a key player in the mining sector becoming a preferred supplier to numerous Original Equipment Manufacturers and large mining operations.

The company has entered into exclusive agency and distributorship agreements with a number of world class suppliers of mining related products and technologies enabling Record Engineering Sales to offer with confidence, engineering solutions that supply the required operational reliability and cost efficiencies required within the mining and related industrial sectors.

Record Engineering Sales currently has two facilities at Kathu as well as a fully skilled team based at Postmasburg, both situated in the Northern Cape.
