DISESTABLISHMENT OF THE ENGLEFELD PROTESTANT SEPARATE SCHOOL DIVISION NO. 132
M.O. ED05/2018-19. Whereas it is the desire of the Board of Education of the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division to disestablish the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan and transfer all assets, liabilities and contractual obligations to the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan;
And whereas it is the desire of the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan to receive all assets, liabilities and contractual obligations from the Board of Education of the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132;
And whereas the Minister of Education wishes to exercise the authority pursuant to sections 40, 42, 54, 60, 61, 118 and 357 of The Education Act, 1995 to disestablish the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan and transfer all assets, liabilities and contractual obligations from the Board of Education of the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan to the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan;
And whereas the Minister has consulted with the Board of Education of the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan and the Board of Education of the Horizon School Divivion No. 205 of Saskatchewan and both boards of education consent to the amendments contained within this Order:
Now therefore, I, Gordon S. Wyant, Q.C., Minister of Education, pursuant to the authority vested in me by sections 40, 42, 54, 60, 61, 118 and 357 of The Education Act, 1995, do hereby order the following, effective June 30, 2018, in the manner set forth herein:
1 That the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan be disestablished.
2 That all assets, liabilities and contractual obligations of the Board of Education of the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan be vested with the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan.
3 That all lands registered in the name of the Board of Education of the Englefeld Protestant Separate School Division No. 132 of Saskatchewan or any of their predessors be vested with the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan.
4 That all parcels of lands that may be registered in the name of the Board of Education of the Horizon School Division No. 205 of Saskatchewan, or its predecessors, shall remain vested in said name.

The Provincial Capital Commission Act[section 4-1]

RESOLUTION OF PROVINCIAL CAPITAL COMMISSION IN ENACTMENT OF BYLAWSIT WAS RESOLVED pursuant to section 4-1 of The Provincial Capital Commission Act that the Provincial
Capital Commission hereby enacts the following amendments to its bylaws to be of force and effect on and after June 21, 2018.
This bylaw is a new bylaw and does not replace any previous bylaw.
IT WAS RESOLVED that the Provincial Capital Commission Board of Directors approves PCC Bylaw 27, Permitted and Prohibited Uses Bylaw for Wascana Centre comes into force on the June 21, 2018 as stated below:
“Bylaw 27 – Permitted and Prohibited Uses
27(a) No person shall carry on the following activities in Wascana Centre without a permit:
(i) assume exclusive use of all or a portion of Wascana Centre;
(ii) leave or store personal property in an outdoor space; or
(iii) set up a shelter, tarp, canopy or other such device;

(b) Notwithstanding clause (a), no permit shall be required:
(i) for an activity carried on by the Commission or at a location operated by an official or employee of the Commission acting on behalf of the Commission in his or her capacity as such official or employee;
(ii) for spontaneous, non-organized sports or recreational activities that are not otherwise prohibited;
(iii) to operate an in-service emergency vehicle in Wascana Centre, including a Fire Department vehicle, a Regina Police Service vehicle, a Royal Canadian Mounted Police vehicle, an ambulance, or a vehicle registered and licensed and in the service of a municipality or the Province for the purpose of responding to any hazardous material emergency; or
(iv) to operate a utility company vehicle where the particular utility has lawful authority to enter the specific area within Wascana Centre, either through an easement or other agreement, or as owner of the property;
(c) no person in Wascana Centre shall:
(i) disturb, harass or interfere with a person who has a valid permit, or with any of the person’s personal property or equipment; or
(ii) establish or maintain a camp, or erect or maintain a tent or other shelter for use as lodging;
(d) nothing in this Bylaw shall prevent peace officers, Commission employees or agents of the Commission from performing their duties;
(e) the provisions of this Bylaw shall not apply to:
(i) any emergency vehicle or emergency watercraft; or
(ii) any municipal or provincial utility vehicle.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS
PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submissions to The Saskatchewan Gazette is 5 p.m. on the Monday of the week of publication. If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m. of the previous Friday. Please allow yourself at least one full week to ensure mail delivery of Gazette submissions. Publication of any material received late will be delayed until the following week’s issue.
All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (MS Word or WordPerfect) accompanied by a signed hard copy to Publications Saskatchewan, Ministry of Justice, B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel. (306)787-2367, or by E-mail: [email protected].
Each document or disk must be complete in the form required for publication and must be separate from the covering letter. Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearly printed immediately below the written signatures.
Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in The Saskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients. Cheques or money orders must be made payable to the Minister of Finance. Please include the GST in addition to regular charges at the rate of 5% each for those items listed below under “GST Payable”.
The minimum charge for publication of notices not specified below is $16.00 for each notice, which sum shall accompany the material when forwarded for publication.
