A!65%year%old!man!present!to!the!ED!with!palpitations,!which!he!has!never!before.!He!has!no!chest!pain.!He!is!awake!and!oriented.!He!has!a!history!of!hyperlipidaemia!and!hypertension!(but!has!left!his!medications!at!home).!!
