h. Be it resolved that the Board of Education of the Taconic Hills Central School District hereby
appoints Angela Webster as the Athletic Director for the 2018-2019 school year and approves the
revised agreement by and between the District and the Taconic Hills Faculty Association, dated
June 20, 2018 in regard to such appointment. (Attached)
i. WHEREAS, the qualified voters of the Taconic Hills Central School District at Craryville, New
York (the “District”), at the annual meeting of such voters duly held on the 15th day of May, 2018,
duly approved a proposition authorizing the issuance of serial general obligation bonds in an
aggregate principal amount not to exceed $7,104,687 and the expenditure of $4,438,230 from the
Capital Reserve Fund to finance the reconstruction of various School District buildings and
facilities, including, but not limited to, the installation of air conditioning and mechanical upgrades,
construction of a greenhouse addition, flooring remediation and tennis court reconstruction,
construction and reconstruction of site work, acquisition of original furnishings, equipment,
machinery or apparatus required for the purpose for which such buildings and facilities are to be
used and the payment of incidental costs related thereto (collectively, the “Purpose”), the levy of a
tax to be collected in installments in payment thereof, the expenditure of such sums for such
purpose and the levy of tax to be collected in installments in payment thereof; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the District on May 23, 2018 duly adopted a bond resolution
approving the Purpose and the plan of finance for the Purpose (the “Bond Resolution”); and
WHEREAS, the Board of Education has determined that it is in the best interest of the District to
expend $1,921,018 from the District’s unappropriated fund balance to pay a portion of the costs of
the Purpose;
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS BOARD OF EDUCATION THAT:
Section 1. The District is hereby authorized to transfer $1,921,018 from unappropriated fund
balance to the Capital Fund to be expended to pay a portion of the cost of the Purpose. This
Resolution hereby supplements the plan of finance set forth in the Bond Resolution.
Section 2. The Business Manager is hereby authorized to take such actions as may be necessary to
effect the transfer of funds authorized pursuant to Sections 1 hereof.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
j. Approval of the Foreign Language Club field trip to Europe’s Mediterranean Coast during Spring

the Taconic Hills Senior Management Group as the representative for the titles of Business

of Transportation, and employed by the District, for the purpose of collective bargaining effective
July 1, 2018. The Board further approves the contract by and between the District and the Senior
