The TacSat Type-1 RRK (Rapid Response Kit) was developed to meet the com-

mand, control and communication needs of today’s Incident commander. Wheth-

er it’s a large scale type one disaster or a smaller type three incident, the TacSat

type-1 RRK will provide the latest technology’s in internet connectivity, VOIP, and

LAN, 4G LTE and Ka Band High Speed Satellite network connectivity.

The combination of our Type-1 RRK and the C-COM “FLY 75V” Ka band VSAT pow-

ered by ViaSat Inc. Ka band Enterprise data service is a perfect fit for providing

fail safe redundancy for your Emergency Operations Center (EOC) or Emergency

Command Center (ECC). This system will allow you rapidly set up a parallel fully

functional network with (4) VoIP phone lines, Verizon cellular connectivity when

the towers are down or overloaded and unsurpassed internet connectivity ether

through the dual high speed LTE modem system or through the ViaSat space

based broadband connection that can deliver up to 20 Mbps X 10 Mbps. All of this

power can easily be distributed using our included wireless networking nodes. If

your EOC or ECC needs to be moved or evacuated you have the power to get your

operation back up and running quickly anywhere you need to relocate too. This is

a must! it happens and you'll be ready.

The system delivers the fastest speeds in the business. With ViaSat you are

not paying for speed you are paying for data. This means all the systems are

provisioned for speeds up to 50 Mbps Down and 20 Mbps upload speeds.

The service is sold as a 15 Mbps Down and 5 Mbps. upload speeds. Due to

the massive capacity of the new ViaSat owned Ka Band satellites and the 22

ViaSat owned ground stations the system will commonly deliver 20+ Mbps

down and 10 Mbps. upload speeds. You only pay for how much data you

use and there is no extra charge for the blazing speed. As a bonus, unlike

other providers, ViaSat’s service has NO restrictions on streaming data. You

can use VoIP or video streams all you want over the entire available band-

width all at NO extra charge. The rates are also very reasonable, the basic

plan is $195.00 per month which includes 3 Gigs of data each month, and

overages are billed at $60.00 per Gig over your 3 Gig allotment. You can also

purchase an annual pool of data. A 40 Gig plan can be used at any level at

any time during the contract year, but if don’t use them, they will be gone

at the end of the contract year.

The TacSat Networks RRK (Rapid Response Networking Kit) is a break-

through in emergency response connectivity. The RRK is a one box plug &

play solution that will support a small single agency response or scales up

to handle a large regional type-1 incident. The system has the ability to

rapidly replace or establish critical infrastructure including wireless or

wired network services, phone service via the (4) VoIP modems that pro-

vide simple dial tones, cellular phone service connectivity, high speed

LTE, or space based VSAT internet connectivity anytime, anywhere under

most any conditions. The key to the TacSat Networks RRK’s success is its

ease of deployment, reliability and scalability. The RRK’s unique compo-

nent programming allows unskilled personnel to deploy the system quick-

ly. It is just a simple matter of locating the areas to be covered plug in

power cables. The systems program will take over automatically taking

care of the technical routing and critical functional setup on its own.
