“The biggest challenge associated with training is transferring the knowledge gained through training to a dynamic and ever changing work environment such as the one we operate in. Having attended PwC’s training myself, I believe that trainers do not just transfer knowledge. They challenge you to think outside the box, question processes and apply knowledge gained during training, in the most practical way.”
“We wish to maintain our vision of being up there with the best in class. To do that you need to select suppliers with the same vision and approach that you have. We have been working with PwC for a number of years now and our team has attended numerous sessions organised by PwC’s Academy. On a regular basis, we also sit down with PwC and organise bespoke training for our staff. They quickly understand what we are trying to achieve and deliver a service that matches our expectation.”
