In TAK, everyone benefits from lesson observation. It isa good way for teachers to find out what they are doingwell and what they can improve. Observers can alsolearn a great deal about their own practice fromwatching other people teach and students learn.

It is our practice that formal lesson observations shouldbe followed up in writing. A pre and post discussion willtake place as well. The objectives of any observationare:1. To support;2. To notice and remark on positive aspects of thelesson;

3. To analyse closely the learning taking place;4. To suggest ways in which teaching and learning canimprove.

TETOur teachers worked hard tomake our Tet celebration on Fri 28Jan 2011 interesting and excitingfor our children. They stayed backlate the day before to ensure thatall decorations and logistics werein place for that day. They even

put up a fan dance to entertain ourkids. Our children had funpresenting their class items for thecelebration.

understanding that accidents do happen even though we try our best to minimise them

fetching your child home before 5pm so that we can have time for our personal life

not calling us between 12.00pm to 2.00pm so that our children can have their

uninterrupted rest and we can complete our administrative duties

paying your childs school fees bythe 5th day of the month so that we can close our

accounts on time

making sure your child comes to school in full school uniform to enhance our school

image.
