Steps to Success

1) You will watch 2 video clips and discuss Career Paths 2) You will refer to ACCESS FM to write an 8 point Specification

relating to your Target Market, Theme and Textiles knowledge3) You will draw 3 Designs in full colour. You need to fully

annotate each design referencing your theme with applique logo images. Use the correct terminology

4) You will refer to the Adidas Design Specification. Each group will discuss a specification point and feedback ideas to the class. From this you will design your own 2012 Adidas Bottle Coat.

Design Specification for an Olympic 2012 Bottle Coat

• 4) Are you able to design a 4th Bottle Coat for Adidas to be sold at the Olympic Stadium?

• Aesthetics – It must be Blue and Feature the British Olympic Flag Logo• Cost – It will retail for £9.99• Client – Visitors to the Olympic Stadium• Environment Fabrics must be biodegradable and waterproof• Safety - The Holder must secure the bottle and have no sharp

edges • Size – It will measure 25cms Height x 23cm circumference • Function - It will keep water cool – it could have an intelligent feature• Materials - It will be made of Ariaprene for Outer Coat Thermo foil for the inner coolant lining
