How to Get Training Partner ID
If you have login Access to InSDMS
Login to InSDMS: https://insdms.sscnasscom.com/ Top Right hand corner will show your TP name and TP ID.
If you DON’T have login Access to InSDMS
You have to register on InSDM to create your TP ID.
Then, with help of TP ID you can connect to Talent connect portal https://talenconnect.sscnasscom.com/ to login and bulk upload
candidates details.

How to Get Candidate ID
Login to InSdMS: htps://insdms.sscnasscom.com/
Go to “Get Candidate details” link under “Efficacy Measures” tab.
Enter Batch Number and click on Search button. You will be able to check the candidate details on the next page . You can export
the data and use it in the candidate upload template for Placement portal. Only the candidates/batches whose assessment is done
and result has been published will be visible on this screen.

Fill in your Sector Skills Council Training Provider ID – from SDMS Portal
Upload your organization’s LOGO under Profile Pic

- Ensure that candidates mail id is correct, else the login and temporary password will not reach to the desired

If a candidates is aware of their
Candidate ID which you have
created in our INSDMS, they can
directly click on Register Here and
create their ID by themselves, and
then login to upload their CV’s
If as a TP you are doing bulk
upload of the candidates, then mail
will go to the candidates mail id,
which they have to click and
authenticate and then login to
upload their CV’s.

As the candidates login they need to upload their Resume from the Attach Upload button or, else can create a resume from Resume Builder
function. Make the aware to mention their contacts, mail id and Region correctly so that employers can accordingly check profiles.

automatically through Resume Builder and then candidates can Save / Download/

How to Get Candidate ID for PBSSD Candidates
- Only IT-ITeS InSDMS candidate id would be applicable for successful upload of Candidates.
- You can get the Candidate ID as you put the Batch ID in the “Get Candidate ID” section in out InSDMS portal.
- PBSSD Candidate ID will not be applicable for upload in Talent Connect Portal – it will mention that “Candidate
Not Found”.
- When you upload the batches in PBSSD portal, the state then submits the same to our InSDMD for assessments,
then our candidate ID is generated which the state/ SSC mails back to the respective TP’s. From there you can
get the batch id and the candidate id.
