In 2014 Stanton Chase Belgrade established andconferred the prestigious Talent Management Awardfor the first time. The Award was created to raiseawareness about the significance of the talentmanagement processes in companies.
Since the Award was established, we are now assigningit for the third time in December 2016.
The process began byselecting companies fromvarious industries whichwe recognized as thosewho invest a lot of effortand money in talentdevelopment. We targetedapproximately 50companies and contactedtheir General Managersand Human ResourcesDirectors to take part.
Jury:In order to provide the most objective approach, we invitedmanagers and experts in this area as external members ofthe jury, along with our consultants, to select the winner.
