The app for Talkfest, besides the

complete and updated program, has

many other features: trailers of docu-

mentaries, photos and biographies of

speakers, detailed information on all

bands, maps and useful tips on how to

get to the venues, discount on tickets

through the app, news and gallery of

images and videos of everything that

goes on in Talkfest. Users can also

share content on various social ne-

tworks and add events to the calendar

of their smartphones.

The Virtual Fest has become known

for being the medium with complete

information on festivals, offering users

details that help them to discover new

music. The powerful engine used in

developing the app begins to be used

for implementation of other apps for

cultural events, going beyond music.

The Talkfest - Fórum about the Future of Music Festivals in Portugal has launched its app in a close partnership with Virtual Fest. The app was developed from the same mobile solutions implementation system used by Virtual Fest and has detailed information on all forum activities: conferences, concerts, documentaries, professional presentations and seminars. The event, held in Lisbon from March 13th to 15th, gives participants and enthusiasts of music festivals a useful tool to monitor closely all initiatives.
