SPECIAL NOTES AND CONCERNS

ON-SITE REQUI REMENTS see Method Statement for detail:-

-Location for test equipment within 20m of tank (further by prior arrangement).-Power to test equipment 240V or 110V with step-up transformer to 240V in mobile lab,(generator can be provided on request - YES/NO please circle).-Access for sensor placement on tank wall at approximately 1m level.-Holes in insulation where required.-  Fluid level is recommended to be as high as possible and not normally below 50%. An

exception to this is if optimum conditions for leak detection are not required when levelsdown to 2 x sensor height may be used to monitor corrosion/condition. If there is a likelihoodof internal product condensation drips, or roof corrosion, the level should be as high aspossible and always >50%.

-Tank isolated in advance of test, see method statement (no product movement, particularly in,and all agitators, heaters, re-circulators, etc off.)-It is important there are no internal noise sources as tank floor tests are run at very highsensitivity.
