After reviewing the application, a dedicated Tasdeer official will schedule a meeting with your company. Fill in an export readiness questionnaire.After completing the questionnaire, you will be eligible to apply to any service provided by Tasdeer as long as it fits your type of business.

Before every workshop all Tasdeer clients will receive invites for the workshop and a brief summary of the workshop. If interested you can send an email to register (email will be included in the invitation).

Once registered, kindly provide the Full Name, Email address, company name, and Mobile # (Contact details of the participant).

Services andRequirements

Exhibition

Process Requirements TAT

You will receive an invitation to register in the International Exhibition.

After notifying Tasdeer team of your interest in a certain exhibition you must provide the following:a. High resolution photo of the product.b. High Resolution of Company Logo.c. 1 page profile of the company (Editable

file), Arabic & English.d. Agreement to be signed by Tasdeer and

your company Authorized signatory will be needed to confirm your participation (2 copies).

e. Security Cheque must be handed over to One Stop Shop to grant a Stand. (Security Cheque will be returned after your participation in the exhibition with Tasdeer) - If Conditions applied as per the agreement.

Once all requirements are submitted, within 1 working day your Stand will be reserved.

Exporters DirectoryProcess Requirements TAT

This allows you to engage with the international tendering opportunities. However, a training must be taken in order to utilize the channel at its maximum capacity.

The Export Directory includes Qatari Exporters and a brief summary of the company. This catalogue is distributed in big events, exhibitions, ministries.

In order to be registered in the Exporters directory you have to provide Tasdeer with official email expressing your interest to be listed in the catalogue. Your enrollment in the directory will be granted after completing the template of the catalogue (email/softcopy).

Your profile will be included in the next edition “Directory”

Public TenderingProcess Requirements TAT

You have to schedule a meeting with Tasdeer to take you through the technical process of registration and will train you on the system that will allow you to access the international tender opportunities.

Pre arranged a business to business meeting between your company and potential importers from a country that we are exhibiting in or conducted a market study on; an invitation will be sent to your company to register at the matchmaking.

You will have to email the Tasdeer official requesting this service via email. (email will be included in the invitation)

After notifying Tasdeer team of your interest in the matchmaking meeting you must provide the following:a. High resolution photo of the product.b. High Resolution of Company Logo.c. 1 page profile of the company (Editable

file), Arabic & English.d. Agreement to be signed by Tasdeer and

Annually, QDB conducts a market study for identified products in a particular target market.

Trade Mission

Pre arranged Business To Business meetings for your company with importers and government officials and port site visits in particular country; an invitation will be sent to your company to register at the trade mission.

You will have to email the Tasdeer official requesting this service via email. (email will be included in the invitation)

After notifying Tasdeer team of your interest in the trade mission you must provide the following:a. High resolution photo of the product.b. High Resolution of Company Logo.c. 1 page profile of the company (Editable

file), Arabic & English.d. Agreement to be signed by Tasdeer and

your company Authorized signatory will be needed to confirm your participation (2 copies).

e. Security Cheque must be handed over to One Stop Shop to grant your participation. (Security Cheque will be returned after your participation in the exhibition with Tasdeer) - If Conditions applied as per the agreement.

Country / Product Reports

Process

This report provides you with the trade information about the selected country It also includes information such as the product this country imports the most from Qatar.

You have to email the Tasdeer official requesting this service via email and providing HS code and specifying the targeted country.

EEN Network and DatabaseProcess

Get in touch with TASDEER for:– POD presentation (including

network presentation and how to extract profile from the POD database)

– Explanation on how to draft your own international partner search profile and upload it through QDB in the POD
