Task 4.1 Communication Strategy

Goal: inform, but also contribute to bridge the science-policy gap and provide feedback to local stakeholders

Outputs:

a) Targeted policy briefs of WP 1-3 for:

Public, local managers, EU/ International

b) Publish brochures (Month 22)

Lessons learned and recommendations

c) 3 PSAG meetings, in case study regions and/or Brussels or other, linking it as far as possible to a public event for dissemination and communication (ex. of IMAC)

d) Networking and dissemination activities and communication toolkit (4.3/ 4.4)

month 10 Need for translation of key info material into local

languages for ensuring dissemination

On the basis of a methodology developed by ICCR:

Evaluate the Riga case study

regarding the implementation of participatory approaches, problem formulation by stakeholders, the development of scenarios.

Evaluate how the outcomes of the participatory scenario-building and stakeholder processes can be used in policy, including conditions for faciliation or obstruction.

Participation at workshops, interviews with stakeholders.
