It's 5PM on a Friday, and Matt is about to shut downand head out for the weekend.

But his last, quick email check shows an unwelcometurn of events. Matt must request 300MB-worth of

audio files from a vendor in Melbourne and turn it into his client in Atlanta within the next seven hours.

Matt sets it all up and leaves the officeright on schedule. The next day, hesees a message from the clientthanking him for his hard work.

How did he pull that off?

- Your client and vendor can't know the other even exists.

- The solution must be affordable for you and free for bothof them.

- Neither of them are familiar with the technology.

- It must leave an audit trail for the three parties in theirown secured environment and on their emails, includingreplies.

- You cannot train your client at all on how to use it.

- Instructions to your vendor MUST fit in a single Tweet.

How would YOU do it if...?

Assigned a task to his vendorHe could have created a Flowback Projectand first task by choosing his client as theowner of the project. In this case he starteda regular project.

With a click of a button he created a newaccount for the vendor and he assigned himto the first task in the project. The vendorgot a first email just like the client did.

The task activation notification is sentautomatically as soon as the previous taskresource uploads his files to the Deliverablessection and Completes the task.

None of them saw each other because they werenot sharing tasks at all.
