POWER CORDThe secret to pillow prowess is all about trims. Look for cord trim with a lip for easy sewing—we suggest stitching cording to the fringe before sewing it all to a pillow cover.

TREASURE WOVEDeep indigos and woven textures make living spaces that much more luxurious. Try adding jacquard tape trim and brush fringe to storage baskets for exotic vibes. Tip: Permanent fabric adhesive works best!

CLUTCH MOVESMore texture, more boho—that means you can mix tassels and pompoms with beaded trims and nail head tape. Just stitch ’em onto a readymade tote or clutch (Wearable Art).

SEA CHANGEShell trim, sewn in two rows, makes a scarf feel more like a thought-out accent and less like an afterthought. Tip: Fold fabric over trim tape before stitching, and only the pretty stuff will show.

TEA OH MYTea towel plus tassel trim equals custom curtains in a flash. We attached the trim with iron-on adhesive and hung the towel using curtain rings and clips. So, so easy.
