Michal is an experienced entrepreneur withmany years of knowledge of technologystartup work. Michal co-founded Cyota andwas part of its management team from itsinception up until its acquisition by RSASecurity, Inc (NASDAQ: RSAS) for $145M(US) in 2005 (RSA was subsequentlyacquired by EMC Inc (NYSE: EMC)).
