Pinnacle’s Value Addition

We have raised 18+ RFIS and resolved 7 Clashes pertaining to design issues including Marked beam depth mismatch between plan & section, the ceiling elevation mismatch with elevation tag given in plan as per section detail, ceiling height clash with structural beam and slab in kitchen area, kitchen floor elevations different in two drawing, architectural section mismatch with structural

Challenges & Solutions

Design Issues: We have to work with design changes made for ceiling issue and opening space.

Solution: We have raised some RFIs to the client regarding co-ordination issue to fix up the ceiling elevation. We have communicated with the client and architectural consultant and resolved the issue by changing design, finally delivering the model with MEP co-ordination.
