NOTICE Pursuant to Section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Acl') and the Investor Educalion and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016 ('the Rules') as amenc!ed, the shares in respect of which dividend has not been clarmed for a period of seven years a.re required to be transferred by the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authooty.

In accordance with the requirements a.s set out in the Act and Rules, the Company has sent individual commu-nlcations to the concerned shareholders whose shares are liable lo be transferred to the IEP F Authority, at the latest available e-mail address to lake appropriate action. The details of such shareholders along with the Folio Number /DP ID & Client ID, shares and dividend liable to be transferred to IEP F in August 2020 are uploaded oo the Company's website atwww.tataelxsl.com under the Investors section.

The concerned shareholders are requested to encash the unclaimed dividends. if any, by making an application to the Share Transfer Agent before July 23, 2020. In case no valid claim is received wtthin the said date. the C-Ompany shall, with a view to compty with the requiremenls set out under the Act and Rules, transfer the shares to IEPF. as per the procedure set out in the Rules by lhe due date.

Further, subsequent to such transfer of shares to IEPF, all future benefits that may accrue thereunder, including future dividends, if any, will be credited to thelEPF.
